There are 3 places you can add an appointment
Home screen (not mentioned in How to video)
Calendar
Within a contact
Select a contact (if not pre selected)
Select the appointment type
Customer - they are notified of the appointment by Email
Tentative - customer not notified until you convert to a customer appointment , you can move as many times as you like without the customer knowing.
Personal - This can be for longer than one day, useful for booking holidays or van services.
Select the date and time (if not pre selected)
Select the horses you are attending and add their services if not already saved in the horse record.
Deleting appointment - press Delete appointment at the bottom. This will remove all record of the appointment.
