Barns(US) Yards(UK) Vets

A Barn only has horses at one location.
Owner horses - these are owned by other owners. Either the owner or barn can pay for your work.
Barn horses - these are owned by the barn and the barn always pays for work done.

A Vet 
They can have their own patients that would always be at the vet location, that they pay for.
They can also have other owner patients that either the owner or vet can pay for.
