The only required fields are first name, last name, phone number and the postcode or zip code of their address. The more you can enter the better.
An owner can have a horse at their home address, a field down the road or at a barn/yard. It is important to understand the difference. A barn/yard can have their own horses or other owners' horses at their address.
Yes either the barn/yard, vet or the owner can be invoiced/pay.
Yes you can move a patient/horse either way. Change the location in the horse record.
Yes. Go to the horse record and press ‘change owner’.
Images, video links, completed forms, history, notes, all appointments in the past or future, documents (X Rays etc.) and contacts for this horse, groom, vet etc.
Deleting permanently deletes the patient/horse. Archiving removes the patient/horse from the customer record but it can be retrieved by pressing the green down arrow in the patient/horse records. Any patient/horse with a future or past appointment that has not been invoices can’t be deleted or archived.
