How to add a new patient/horse

3 ways of adding a patient/horse

Straight from the patient/horse icon.
From an appointment.
Within a contact.

Information needed

The patient/horse name is required.
The location will default to the owners, Yard/Barn location or vet.
Adding a service (what you charge for) will save time later.
Add an image to remind you what the patient/horse looks like.
Additional owners emails so they get appointment reminders.
When last visited and visit frequency will remind you and your customer if an appointment is not made.

Changing location

For an owner patient/horse you can change the location from the home address to say a field down the road, an existing or new Yard/Barn or a vets.
For a Yard/Barn or Vet patient/horse you can move it to another Yard/Barn, a vets or to an owners address.
