How to edit an appointment and invoice

Edit appointment

Select the appointment either from the home screen or the calendar.

In the calendar hold down and you can easily adjust the date and time.

Alternatively open the appointment where you can do the following:
Change the date and or time
Add a note
Select other horses or add a new horse to the appointment
In the horse section add a service, customer report, a note or a photo.
Adjust individual service prices by overtyping if you want to give a one off discount.

Schedule next appointment

Select how many weeks ahead
Calendar skips this number of weeks. Decide with customer date and time and save

Invoice

Make sure you have added everything you want to charge for against each horse.
Press Invoice preview.
Go back if you have forgotten something.
Add a note to go on the invoice.
Add an image to go on the invoice.

Payment

Press Payment
If you and your customer are registered for GoCardless you will be asked if you want to take payment in this way. Press yes and the money will automatically arrive in your account.
If registered for Stripe you can select take card payment.
Alternatively select another payment method.
Please note all payment methods (except unpaid) are marked as paid. If a customer does not pay you there and then you should mark as unpaid. You can go into the invoice later and specify how they have paid.
Customers paying from their invoice - in you are registered with Stripe your customer can pay you straight from the invoice that has been emailed to them.
